How Standard works

KAST Standard is a custodial account with virtual and physical Visa cards. Supported stablecoin deposits convert to a USD balance at a 1:1 rate. It offers a way to spend that balance without managing a collateral-backed loan.

Rewards and costs

Standard has no annual membership fee. The 1.5% USD cashback rate applies to the first $2,000 of eligible monthly spending. A physical card has no card fee, but delivery costs $40. Some regions charge $2 even for virtual cards within the included allowance.

Who should consider it

Standard suits stablecoin users who prefer USD rewards. Non-USD spending incurs variable FX charges, and ATM withdrawals have a fixed fee plus a percentage charge. These costs matter when comparing rewards against travel or cash-withdrawal spending.
