Prepare before starting KYC
RedotPay’s troubleshooting guidance sets a minimum age of 18 and allows one identity per account. Use a valid document offered in the verification screen, with a clear image showing the full document. Avoid cropped photos, glare and mismatched names.
Complete the identity verification flow
- Open your profile and select Identity verification.
- Enter your country or region, legal name and date of birth.
- Select the document’s issuing country and a supported document type, then upload it.
- Complete the live face check and review the extracted personal details.
- Provide your current residential address and answer the occupation or source-of-funds questionnaire truthfully.
- Submit and follow any additional document request shown in the app.
Resolve verification issues at the source
An unclear image calls for a better photo; a mismatch calls for checking the original document details. An unsupported country or duplicate identity cannot be fixed by trying different personal details. For repeated rejection, use the official support channel to understand the reason before resubmitting.
After verification, review the card order
CCB’s suggested next step is to choose your card format, check the payable issuance fee and fund the amount required. Keep card-order codes separate from signup: HELLO is listed for virtual and WORLD for physical, subject to acceptance in your checkout.
