RedotPay / Country eligibility

RedotPay countries: eligibility, app access and card acceptance

Separate RedotPay KYC eligibility, location-based app access, delivery and merchant acceptance before signing up or travelling.

Direct answer

A global payment network is not a global eligibility promise.

Check four different questions: can you complete KYC, can you access the app from your location, can the chosen card be delivered, and will your intended merchant accept it? International card acceptance does not establish signup eligibility. RedotPay publishes separate nationality-based KYC and location-based access restrictions.

Mainland China and the United States are restricted examples

The issuer’s lists reviewed on October 8, 2026 include mainland China and the United States in both unsupported KYC jurisdictions and location-based access restrictions. These are examples, not the complete lists. Check the linked issuer pages for your nationality and current location before adding funds.

Travel and subscriptions require separate checks

RedotPay explains that foreign-card restrictions, local payment infrastructure and sanctions can prevent a transaction. For travel, CCB recommends confirming app access at your destination and arranging a backup payment method. For a subscription, ask the merchant whether your card’s issuing region is accepted.

Start with the country you actually live in

CCB’s practical checklist for any country is: verify nationality and location rules, confirm the desired card format, inspect the payable fees and only then register or fund. A card-directory region label is a browsing aid; it is not a final eligibility decision.

Common questions

RedotPay FAQ

Is RedotPay available in every country?

No. KYC eligibility, location-based service access, delivery and merchant acceptance have different restrictions. Confirm all that apply to your use case.

Can users in mainland China or the United States use RedotPay?

Both appear in the issuer’s unsupported KYC and location-based access lists reviewed on October 8, 2026. Review the official lists for current rules.

Does international merchant acceptance mean I can apply?

No. Where a card can be used and who can register are separate questions. Check eligibility before sending funds.
