Open Deposit in RedotPay, select the asset and supported network, and copy the address. Send the same asset on exactly the same network from your wallet or exchange. Check the app’s minimum before sending, then wait for confirmations. A correct address alone is insufficient if the token or network is wrong.
Check the receiving instructions first
Use the live Deposit screen for the supported assets, network options and minimum amount. The sending wallet or exchange may charge a withdrawal fee. CCB’s practical suggestion is to check the net amount that will arrive and keep the transaction ID for tracking.
Deposit crypto step by step
- Open Deposit and select the crypto you hold, such as USDT.
- Choose an available network and copy its receiving address.
- In the sending wallet or exchange, select the same token and network.
- Check the address, receiving minimum and net amount after withdrawal fees.
- Submit the transfer, save its transaction ID and wait for confirmations.
- Check the balance and deposit status in RedotPay before ordering or spending.
A pending deposit is not immediately spendable
RedotPay says most deposits arrive in 1–15 minutes, depending on network conditions. That is an estimate, not a guarantee. Review Deposit history and network confirmations if a transfer remains pending.
Wrong token or network: contact support
Unsupported deposits may not be credited. RedotPay describes a recovery request flow, but recovery is not guaranteed and fees can apply. Keep the transaction ID and network details; do not send a second transfer to try to correct the first.
