RedotPay registration guide: sign up, order a card and use your $5 reward

Before you start: eligibility and what to prepare

Check RedotPay’s nationality-based KYC rules and location-based app access rules before registering or funding. Mainland China and the United States appear on both current restriction lists. Physical-card delivery has separate eligibility checks.

Prepare an email account you can access, a supported identity document, your current residential address and funds for the card you choose. Download the iOS or Android app using the official store links in RedotPay’s help article.

01 / Register and enter your invitation code

Use the CCB registration button on this page to open our RedotPay invite link. It contains referral ID 3wiyh. In the app, check the referral field before completing signup; enter 3wiyh manually if it has not been filled in. CCB may earn a commission from this referral.

RedotPay only allows referral codes during registration. An existing account cannot add one later. HELLO and WORLD belong to the later card-order step.

1. Open the invite link and install or open the official RedotPay app.
2. On the login / registration screen, open Referral Code (Optional) and confirm 3wiyh before submitting registration.
3. Enter your email address and tap Next.
4. Retrieve the email verification code and enter it in the app.
5. Create a password and tap Sign up to finish creating your account.

02 / Complete identity verification (KYC)

Identity verification is required to use RedotPay. Use your own accurate details and only document types offered in the app. Wait for approval and respond to any request for supporting documents before funding your card.

1. Tap your profile picture, open personal details and select Identity verification.
2. Enter your country / region, name and date of birth.
3. Select Identity document, choose its issuing country and supported document type, then upload the document.
4. Complete face verification and check the recognized identity details.
5. Enter your full current residential address, complete the questionnaire and submit for review.
6. Check in-app notifications for approval or any additional document request.

03 / Fund the issuance fee separately

The standard one-time issuance price is $10 for a virtual card or $100 for a physical card. An accepted card-order code may change the payable amount; CCB has not independently verified a discount for HELLO or WORLD. The issuance payment buys the card and should be budgeted separately from funds for purchases.

1. Open Deposit and select a supported asset, such as USDT if available in your account.
2. Choose an available network and copy the receiving address.
3. In your sending wallet or exchange, select exactly the same asset and network.
4. Check the receiving instructions, any minimum and the amount arriving after withdrawal fees. Cover the actual card fee separately from your planned spending.
5. Send the transfer, keep the transaction ID and wait for confirmations. Confirm the credited balance in Assets before ordering.

04 / Choose your card and apply HELLO or WORLD

Virtual: open Card and choose Apply for card • 10 USD. Physical: open Card, select Physical card and choose Apply for card • 100 USD. Enter your billing details; physical-card orders also need a supported shipping address.

Enter billing and shipping addresses in English, with accurate country, city, postal code and phone details. Review the cardholder name before paying. RedotPay says a paid card application cannot be canceled or refunded.

HELLO (virtual) and WORLD (physical) were supplied by the site owner on August 25, 2026. Current acceptance, discount amount and expiry have not been independently verified. The promo-field instructions below are CCB guidance for screens that offer it; issuer documentation does not confirm these two codes.

1. Choose the virtual or physical card and enter the required address details.
2. If the order screen offers a promo / discount field, enter HELLO for a virtual card or WORLD for a physical card and apply it.
3. Review the acceptance message and final payable amount. If the code is rejected or no field is offered, no saving is confirmed; contact support or proceed only if the displayed price suits you.
4. Check the chosen card, name, addresses and total, then tap Pay to submit the application.

05 / Check card status and activate a physical card

For a virtual card, confirm that the app shows the issued card as active before making a purchase. For a physical card, wait for delivery and complete the issuer’s activation flow.

1. Open the physical-card envelope and find the activation code on its paper insert.
2. Check that the card’s last four digits match the card shown in the app.
3. Open Card, select the physical card and tap Activate now.
4. Enter the activation code and confirm activation. Keep the code private.

06 / Find and use your $5 welcome reward

RedotPay describes a 5 USDs welcome reward for new users. It is spending credit after card activation, cannot pay either card’s issuance fee, and expires 30 days after receipt. CCB does not guarantee individual eligibility or crediting time; your in-app reward record controls.

1. On the app home screen, tap the 5 USD balance and select USDⓈ.
2. Check whether the reward has arrived and note its expiry date.
3. After your card is active, use it for an eligible online or in-store purchase before the reward expires. Check the available balance for the purchase and any fees.
4. If the credit is missing or the amount differs, contact RedotPay in-app support about your account’s eligibility.
