Pick the payment function you need before paying the issuance fee.
A RedotPay virtual card costs US$10 to issue; a physical card costs US$100 before any accepted promotion. Choose virtual for online checkout and eligible mobile-wallet use. Choose physical when you need a plastic card or ATM access. Both still require eligibility checks, a funded account and a review of transaction fees.

An annual fee is only one part of the cost
RedotPay’s published policy lists no card management, monthly or annual fee. Issuance, conversion, foreign-currency spending and ATM charges are separate cost categories. A card with no annual fee can still cost money each time you use it.
Build a budget for your actual use
Compare the payable issue fee plus your expected transaction costs. For a subscription, check the billing currency and leave enough balance for fees and renewals. For cash withdrawals, include issuer charges and any ATM operator fee. Confirm the applicable schedule for your card in the app; this guide does not turn a regional fee into a universal rate.
When the physical card is worth considering
The physical format adds terminal use and cash withdrawal access. That extra function matters if your intended payment cannot use a virtual card or mobile wallet. For an online-only use case, compare whether paying the higher issue fee gives you anything you will actually use.
